Cloudian was formed in 2017 by four young musicians from Busan, South Korea. Currently, Cloudian consists of six musicians based out of Busan — Vocal, Guitar, Bass, Drums, Buk (traditional Korean drums), and Violin—pursuing a sound they call Korean Epic Rock.

What is Korean Epic Rock? It’s a mixture of rock, metal, and elements from many other musical genres like traditional Korean folk music, cinematic orchestral music, pop, and even hip-hop and rap. Cloudian takes the stage with the goal of bring the audience into a world that feels like a modern rock opera’s take on a Korean historical fantasy drama.
